Okay. I've seen some ridiculous ways to diet out there but this really takes the noodle! The Pasta-Chocolate Diet, to be honest, just looks like someone has randomly made it up and plonked it onto this website, including two of the foods that most people are likely to try and give up when dieting.
There seems to be a substantial amount of popcorn consumed (which is fairly nutritionally void, as far as I'm aware) and it does actually look like it should be called the 'popcorn diet'!
Well, as much as I love chocolate, I don't have to put myself on this diet to feel like I'm guiltily 'treating' myself to it. I eat chocolate (and cheese) almost on a daily basis, and because I have full permission to it, I rarely overeat it.
And neither is it a case of 'eating it in moderation' - I don't eat much of it because I'm satisfied after only a small amount, but I'm not choosing to moderate myself. I'm just picking the foods I fancy and stopping when I've had enough!
Yet another crazy fad diet! It always makes me laugh all the different ones they come up with - all based of course on reducing calories and eating less that you burn. Dieting or not, you should still be able to have these foods when you want them! I totally agree with you Andrea - everything that you fancy in moderation is the key!

I know Jomay, they try and make it sound great (who doesn't love pasta and chocolate?) but the upshot is you're still placing limits on the 'bad' stuff and bulking up too much on the 'good' - none of which teaches you to eat in tune with your body!
