Isn't it amusing how faddy some people get. Moderation in all things is what I was brought up to believe and I just love a bit of chocolate.

Its very easy to jump on the bandwagon with the latest dieting fads (I know I have been on the slow carb diet for a month now). Supplements can be useful as long as you do your research and understanding what they are supposed to do. Mostly from my experience its your eating habit that is the main issue.
