Gosh, I've just remembered a recipe for Peri-Peri Chocolate Truffles that is part of a gallery feature I wrote for handbag.com. I never did get around to making it but I really think that now is the time, eh?

Peri-peri chocolate truffles
1/3 cup whipping cream,
1 tablespoon Nando's Hot Peri-Peri Sauce,
6oz semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped,
1½ tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
Combine cream, peri-peri sauce and chocolate in a pan until blended.
Chill before rolling into 1in balls and dust with cocoa powder.
Keep in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to three weeks
