Five ways I've changed since I've stopped dieting:
1. If I feel like a bit of Snickers bar but I know a full one might make me feel a bit sick, I slice a bite-sized chunk off with a knife and leave the rest until I want it.
2. I take far more 'doggy-bags' home from the curry house than I ever did - one meal usually lasts for three.
3. I've stopped trying to persuade my son to finish his meal. When he says he's had enough, that's fine.
4. I sometimes eat a pudding or cake as a meal, instead of after a meal, and don't feel bad about it.
5. I don't watch my partner cooking when he makes a special meal for us and attempt to control the amount of fat he puts in.






Those are changes for the better. YAY!
