« I can't remember eating fried halloumi cheese on a diet (except Atkins) | Main | Making the choice to follow an anti-Candida diet »

Life in the cake box

I always love to see that there are other people making the move towards mindful eating and ditching the diet in order to have a more positive relationship with food. Beakerella, in her blog 'Life in the cake box', has also read Beyond Chocolate and is making changes to her life in the hope of removing the tyranny of dieting.

Beakerella's latest post, Weigh-In Time, reminds me of some of my earlier musings after reading Beyond Chocolate, especially as she's talking about not being ready yet to 'psyche' herself up to buying lots of a so-called forbidden food. Remember my quandary with egg custard?

Good luck on your new journey, Beakerella! I'll add the link to my list of diet-dumping blogs.
